CHALET SKI TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Chalet Ski is a trading name of Distinctive Holiday (UK) Ltd
2. Any reference to Chalet Ski shall mean Distinctive Holiday (UK) Ltd
3. Chalet Ski are agents acting on behalf of the Operator.
4. The Operator being the party offering and providing the chalet to the public.
5. The Client referred to in this document will be the persson(s) using this site to find and book a chalet, with the Operator, with Chalet Ski acting as an introduction to the Operator
6. No commission shall be paid to Chalet Ski by the Client
7. Any client using this site accepts that there will therefore be no contract between Chalet Ski and Chalet Ski therefore have no responsibility to the Client.
8. The information on this site is to the best of Chalet Ski's knowledge correct, however Chalet Ski will not be responsible for any errors on this site or any errors in whatever form they may be.
9. As we have no legally binding agreement between Chalet Ski and the Client making the booking with the Operator, we strongly advise that when making the booking the client checks all details with the Operator before making a booking.
10. The terms of agreement and therefore contract will be those agreed between the client and the Operator, subject to statue law in the applicable country.
